Cancellation Policy

If you wish to withdraw from one of our classes:

• there will be no charge if you withdraw earlier than 5 working days before the start of the class.
• 50% of the class cost will be charged if you withdraw between 5 working days and 48 hours before the start of the class.
• 100% of the class cost will be charged if you withdraw less than 48 hours before the start of the class.

You may make a substitution at any stage at no extra charge. In this case, the invoice will be sent to the person who initially registered.

A class may be postponed by WordSkills Training:

• when the minimum number of participants can not be reached, or
• due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control.

In the unlikely event that this occurs, we will endeavour to email all registered participants as early as possible.

If a class is postponed, we can not accept liability for travel and accommodation costs. We therefore recommend that if you are travelling from outside the city where the training is held, refundable travel tickets and accommodation are booked.
